Everything your pool needs.
Nothing it doesn't.

Weekly Pool Maintenance
This is the core of what we do. Once a week, every week, May through October, a trained technician comes to your pool and handles everything:
Skimming the surface and removing debris. Vacuuming the pool floor and walls. Brushing walls, steps, and ladders. Cleaning the waterline. Emptying skimmer and pump baskets. Backwashing or cleaning the filter as needed. Testing water chemistry and making all adjustments. Every chemical, chlorine, shock, pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, stabilizer, algaecide, is included in your season price. After every visit, you receive a photo of your pool and a chemistry report via text. You always know what was done and what your water looks like.

Pool Opening
We get your pool ready for the season. Remove and clean the cover. Reinstall all equipment, ladders, rails, skimmer baskets, drain plugs. Prime and start the pump and filtration system. Inspect all equipment for winter damage. Begin chemical treatment to bring water to swimmable condition. Complete startup chemistry report.
Most pools are swimmable within 3–5 days of opening depending on condition.

Pool Closing & Winterization
This is where shortcuts cost money. A bad winterization means cracked plumbing, blown pump seals, and a destroyed heater come spring. We do it right:
Lower water level to appropriate point. Blow out all plumbing lines with compressed air. Install winterizing plugs at all return jets and skimmer. Add winterization chemicals. Disconnect and drain pump, filter, heater, and salt cell. Install and secure winter cover.
We're the ones who open your pool in the spring, so we have every reason to close it properly in the fall.

Equipment Monitoring (Complete & Estate)
Once a month, we do a full inspection of your pool equipment:
Pump and motor — check for leaks, unusual noise, flow rate. Filter — pressure reading, condition assessment. Heater — ignition test, heat exchange inspection. Salt cell — inspect for scale buildup, clean as needed. Automation system — verify all programs and schedules.
After each inspection, you receive a written equipment condition report. If we find something that needs attention, we tell you what it is, how urgent it is, and schedule the repair. We catch small problems before they become expensive ones.

Filter Deep Clean (Complete & Estate)
Once per season we do a thorough deep clean of your filter — cartridge, DE, or sand. This goes beyond the weekly backwash or rinse.
We disassemble, inspect, and clean every element to keep your water clear and your equipment running efficiently.

Salt Cell Service (Complete & Estate)
For salt water pools, we inspect and clean the salt cell, check salt levels, and verify the chlorine generator is operating correctly. Scale buildup on the cell reduces output and shortens its lifespan.
Regular cleaning extends the life of your cell by years.
